In the realm of regenerative medicine, one promising avenue continues to capture attention and spark hope for those suffering from knee injuries and osteoarthritis: stem cell therapy. The ability of stem cells to regenerate and repair damaged tissues offers a glimmer of optimism for individuals seeking alternatives to traditional treatments like surgery or medication. Let’s delve into the world of stem cell therapy for knees, exploring its potential, applications, and current status in medical practice.
Understanding Stem Cell Therapy for Knees
Stem cell therapy for knees capitalizes on the distinctive attributes of stem cells, renowned for their remarkable capacity to differentiate into various specialized cell types, thereby fostering tissue regeneration and repair. Stem cells, obtained from diverse tissues like bone marrow, adipose tissue, or allogeneic sources like umbilical cord blood, hold significant promise in regenerative medicine due to their intrinsic abilities for self-renewal and differentiation.
This groundbreaking methodology shows potential in managing knee injuries and degenerative ailments such as osteoarthritis. It exploits the body’s inherent healing processes to stimulate tissue repair and alleviate inflammation within the knee joint.
Allogeneic Stem Cells for Knee Regeneration
We offer allogeneic stem cells, which are sourced from perinatal umbilical cord tissue, including Wharton’s Jelly. These cells are rich in regenerative capabilities, making them an excellent option for knee conditions, particularly when traditional methods have not been effective. Allogeneic stem cells are not derived from your own body, giving you access to a higher concentration of potent regenerative cells that can help speed up recovery and improve overall healing outcomes.
Additionally, exosome therapy is integrated into our treatment protocol to enhance the effectiveness of stem cell therapy. Exosomes facilitate better communication between cells, which can accelerate the healing process and further boost the regenerative abilities of the stem cells.

Stem Cell Therapy Process for Knees
Stem cell therapy for knees typically involves several key steps:
- Stem Cell Harvesting
- Stem cells can be sourced from either the patient’s body (autologous) or a donor (allogeneic). Autologous stem cell harvesting is often preferred to reduce the risk of rejection or immune reactions.
- Bone marrow aspirate and adipose tissue are familiar sources for autologous stem cells. Bone marrow aspirate is typically obtained from the patient’s hip bone using a minimally invasive procedure under local anesthesia. Adipose tissue, on the other hand, can be extracted through liposuction from areas such as the abdomen or thighs.
- Donor stem cells, obtained from umbilical cord blood or other sources, may also be used when autologous harvesting is not feasible.
-
Processing and Concentration
- Once harvested, the collected tissue undergoes processing to isolate and concentrate the desired stem cell population. This step is crucial for obtaining a potent stem cell solution with high regenerative potential.
- Processing techniques may include centrifugation, filtration, or enzymatic digestion to separate stem cells from other cellular components and debris.
- The goal is to obtain a concentrated solution rich in viable stem cells ready for therapeutic use.
-
Injection or Implantation
- After processing, the concentrated stem cell solution is then delivered to the target site within the knee joint. The method of delivery may vary depending on the specific protocol and the patient’s condition.
- Injection techniques are often utilized for non-surgical procedures in which a stem cell solution is injected directly into the knee joint. Imaging modalities such as ultrasonography or fluoroscopy can help ensure proper implantation.
- In some cases, particularly for more severe conditions or during surgical interventions like arthroscopy, the stem cells may be implanted directly into the damaged tissues within the knee joint.
- Monitoring and Follow-up
- Following the stem cell therapy procedure, patients undergo monitoring to assess their response and recovery.
- This includes monitoring for any adverse reactions, such as infection or inflammation, which are rare but possible.
- Patients are also evaluated for improvements in symptoms, including pain reduction, increased mobility, and enhanced function of the knee joint.
- Depending on the individual’s response and the severity of the condition, additional treatments or therapies may be recommended as part of a comprehensive rehabilitation plan to optimize outcomes and support long-term knee health.
By following these steps meticulously, clinicians aim to harness the potential of regenerative cell therapy to promote tissue repair and improve the overall health and function of the knee joint. As research in this field continues to advance, refinements in techniques and protocols are expected to further enhance the efficacy and safety of stem cell therapy for knees. Procedure
We extract cells from fatty areas, then harvest, isolate and activate them. Cells are designed to be the body’s natural building blocks that generate, maintain and even repair tissue. We isolate your stem cells to increase the concentration of them, which provides an opportunity for greater effectiveness in treating your knee. Your recovery time should be minimal to none, which is preferable to invasive knee surgeries or replacements.

Treatment
Once your cells have been isolated, we reintroduce them to your body through targeted injections. First, we use ultrasound guidance to locate the areas most affected by your injury or condition. Next, we inject your cells into the most effective areas for treatment. After injection, the stem cells naturally repair and regenerate your body. Using cell therapy for your knees provides you with a safe alternative to knee surgery or knee replacement.

During my research I discovered Dynamic Stem Cell in Las Vegas. Based on advice of one of my Doctors (not the surgeon) to consider Stem Cell Therapy, I decided to start Therapy.
Stem Cells are not a miracle in that you have them injected and you are fixed, it is a process that takes time to heal. You still have to minimize the use of the shoulder (in my case) while it heals and rehab it as it is being mended. The post injection process is much like the post operation period without the drugs and pain, loss of sleep, and that massive pillow sling you must wear.
You are given detailed instructions on how to change your diet and limit use of the limb to facilitate the Stem Cells having the best change of doing their job. The instructions will tell you when you can start using the limb and by how much.
What is important; Blake Youmans of Dynamic Stem Cell calls you and follows up constantly. He'll call you a lot as you start recovery, asking and answering questions. Blake is with you all the way.
I am now 4 months post injection. I am at 80% of Pre injection work outs at the Gym. I have yet to resume Golf or Bowling. My shoulder does not hurt at all and I feel like I am 100% but I am guarded, the Stem Cells take time to do their job. This cannot be rushed.
New Research championed by Robert Kennedy Jr. will start a Stem Cell Revolution. This will also bring the price down and force Insurance Companies to cover the cost.
My experience at Dynamic Stem Cell in Las Vegas has been FANTASTIC.
Almost a year now and am hoping to get it in my right. I have arthritis in both to the tune of replacements. This I’m hoping will let me walk without so much pain.
The staff is exceptional especially Blake. His follow up is phenomenal!
They continue to follow up with me weekly to check on my progress and provided lots if documentation about my stem cell, prp and xesomes treatment.
