Dale Carrison DO, FACEP, FACOEP

Medical Director at Dynamic Stem Cell Therapy

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Dale Carrison, D.O. has assumed the position of Medical Director for Dynamic Stem Cell Therapy. Dr. Carrison has a wealth of experience as an emergency physician and also as the Medical Director of several of the Las Vegas Valley’s most prestigious medical organizations. Dr. Carrison is the Director and Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine at University Medical Center (UMC), a Professor and the Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine at The University of Nevada Las Vegas’ (UNLV) School of Medicine, and Chairman of the Medical Advisory Board with the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD).

Dr. Dale Carrison serves in a host of other capacities, including roles such as Medical Director for Clark County Fire Department (CCFD), Medical Director for the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and is the Medical Director of Health and Safety for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (Las Vegas METROPD) and tactical physician for their SWAT Team. He is also Medical Director for the Electric Daisy Carnival and the Executive Medical Director for Burning Man, Crowd- Rx.

By appointment of the Governor of Nevada, Dr. Dale Carrison served as the Chairman of the Nevada Homeland Security Commission from 2004-2011. Currently he serves as a member on the Governors Health and Wellness Council. Dr. Carrison is vigilant in his role to help people as he still serves the Las Vegas community as an Attending Physician in the Departments of Trauma and Emergency Medicine at UMC.

Blake Youmans

Medical Manager at Dynamic Stem Cell Therapy

Blake Youmans has been managing medical establishments for 10 years. He received his bachelors in Biology from College of Charleston, South Carolina in 2001. He has been a resident of Las Vegas, NV since 2003 where he became a Nationally Registered Paramedic. In this role he witnessed patients getting emergent care needed for problems that could have been prevented.

Since 2006 Dr. Youmans and Blake have been in the business of making people well and keeping them that way with a preventative approach involving Regenerative Medicine. Both the doctor and himself are thrilled to offer this new revolutionary Stem Cell therapy to help make you well and keep you that way. In Blake’s free time he likes to play volleyball, soccer, and spend time with his wife and child.

Bethany G. Williams

FNP-BC at Dynamic Stem Cell Therapy

Bethany Williams is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. She has practiced Nursing in the Las Vegas area for over 10 yrs. She obtained her BSN from Nevada State College in 2006. Her nursing specialty is in Orthopedic Surgery, but her ambition drove her to advanced practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

She is currently completing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at University of Arizona. Bethany is a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society. She is dedicated to partnering with patients to provide quality care, utilizing innovative techniques to produce optimal outcomes. In her spare time, she enjoys participating in extracurricular activities with her 3 boys.

Nicholas Benites PA-C

Physician Assistant at Dynamic Stem Cell Therapy

Nicholas Benites is a licensed physician assistant who has been practicing medicine here in Las Vegas, NV for four years. Officer Benites is an enlisted Nevada Army National Guard Captain and squadron Physician Assistant for 221st Cavalry unit in the United States armed services. His extensive medical training was completed at the University of Nebraska’s Medical School of Medicine, Military Program, where he earned a master’s degree in physician assistant Studies.

As a native of the Las Vegas valley, Nick’s undergraduate work was completed right here at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV). There he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Nicholas has spent the last two years practicing dermatology and cosmetic surgery at JWoodson Dermatology and Associates and Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery.

Nick is a proud husband and father to 4 amazing children. In his free time he loves to watch football with friends. As a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatological Physician Assistant Nick is continuously learning to provide his patients with the newest and safest techniques to help them feel well.

Mara Costa

RN, BSN, EMSRN at Dynamic Stem Cell Therapy

Mara Costa is an RN, BSN, EMSRN. Our top Valley Nurse was born and raised in Southern California. She completed nursing school in 2006. A passion for critical care nursing soon developed and in her early career she worked for a magnet hospital in Los Angeles in the Neuro/Trauma ICU department.

After the birth of her son she moved to Las Vegas and continued to work in critical care at a Level 1 Trauma Center at UMC in the Trauma ICU and Trauma Resuscitation Units. After being recruited by an EMS air medical company she worked as a flight nurse for rotor, as well as fixed wing aircrafts. Providing critical care nursing to patients while in flight as well as on the ground in the ER and ICU in Las Vegas is a passion for her.

Today she believes regenerative medicine is the way of the future and is happy to be an integral part of the Dynamic Stem Cell Therapy medical team. Mara loves being a part of her amazing son’s life and coaches some of his sport’s teams in her free time. This medical professional is constantly continuing her education and is currently in classes to become an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP).

Juliette Hoang

RN,BSN at Dynamic Stem Cell Therapy

Juliette Hoang is an RN, BSN with 4 years of nursing experiencein acute care with adults and pediatric emergency. She was born in northern California and raised on the eastern coast of Florida.

She completed her undergrad at Roseman University of Health Sciences and thereafter worked at Sunrise Hospital while completing their Nurse Residency program. Her background includes adult Med-Surg at Sunrise Hospital and pediatric emergency and trauma at Sunrise Children’s level 2 trauma center. She believes that chronic illness is preventable and negatively affects quality of life.

Her encounters in acute care drive her enthusiasm for regenerative medicine to achieve wellness and health preservation.She has a perpetual passion for helping others and is currently advancing her studies to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, surfing, and snowboarding with her 10-year-old son.
